In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 296bet website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at 296bet.app.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who registers an account on the 296bet Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, inclusive of deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or match deposit bonuses credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by 296bet, including but not limited to sports betting (including cricket markets), live casino games, slot games, and any other gaming products available on the Platform.

296bet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players are encouraged to review this document periodically.

To register an account and use the 296bet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 18 years of age. 296bet operates a strict 18+ only policy. The Platform is not available to persons under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
2. You are acting as an individual on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
3. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a 296bet employee or contractor.

5. You are registering only one Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
6. You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.

296bet reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend access pending verification. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be closed and funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-fraud policies.

To access the full range of 296bet services, you must register a personal Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.

You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any point thereafter is truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 296bet will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any losses arising from your failure to protect your credentials are your sole responsibility unless you report a suspected breach to 296bet immediately.

Identity Verification (KYC). 296bet may require you to complete an identity verification process before permitting deposits, withdrawals, or continued use of the Platform. Acceptable verification documents include a national identity card, passport, or driving licence, together with proof of payment method ownership. Processing times for KYC verification are typically 24–72 hours. 296bet reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of the verification process.

One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the 296bet Platform. Duplicate accounts, including accounts opened under alternative names or contact details, are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 296bet reserves the right to close all associated accounts and to void any bets placed or bonuses received through those accounts.

Currency. All transactions on the 296bet Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made via supported Bangladeshi payment methods.

Supported Payment Methods. 296bet currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. 296bet reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players.

Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.

Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The withdrawing Account must have completed identity verification (KYC) in full.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• Bonus funds must meet all applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• 296bet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawals above ৳50,000 and to delay processing by up to five (5) business days pending those checks.

Processing Times. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited instantly or within a few minutes. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but are generally completed within 24 hours of approval. Delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking systems are outside the control of 296bet.

Transaction Limits. 296bet reserves the right to apply daily, weekly, or monthly transaction limits at its discretion. Any applicable limits will be communicated to Players via the account dashboard or support channels.

296bet may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers, loyalty rewards, and seasonal promotions to eligible Players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be processed. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus would require ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.

Game Contribution Rates. Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Standard slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10%. The specific contribution rate for each game is displayed within the promotion terms or the bonus section of your account dashboard.

Time Limits. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to time limits specified in individual promotion terms. Unused bonus funds or unmet wagering requirements that expire within the stated time limit will be forfeited automatically.

Bonus Abuse. 296bet reserves the right to withhold or void any bonus and associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a Player is abusing the promotional system. Indicators of bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, or coordinated play designed to exploit promotional conditions.

Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions. 296bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account at the time of the amendment.

General Betting Rules. All bets placed on the 296bet Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or game type. These rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Cricket Betting. Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — are subject to the official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). In the event of a match being abandoned, shortened, or subject to a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern adjustment, settlement rules specific to the affected market will apply.

Bet Acceptance. A bet is not accepted until a confirmation reference number has been issued to the Player. 296bet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

Void Bets. 296bet reserves the right to void any bet where:

• The bet was placed at odds published in error due to a technical fault or human error.
• The outcome of the relevant event was already known at the time the bet was placed.
• The bet was placed in violation of any rule contained in these Terms & Conditions.
• Circumstances beyond the control of 296bet make settlement impossible or impractical.

Live Betting. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability and real-time odds. 296bet cannot guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets and reserves the right to suspend live betting on any event at any time.

Maximum Winnings. 296bet applies a maximum single-event payout of ৳5,000,000. Winnings exceeding this threshold from a single event will be capped at the maximum payout amount regardless of the stated odds at the time the bet was placed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 296bet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of such funds.
• Fraud: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in any other fraudulent conduct in connection with the Platform.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, including in live casino games.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, access accounts, or interact with the Platform.
• Match Fixing or Insider Betting: Placing bets based on non-public information, or in any way participating in conduct that may compromise the integrity of a sporting event.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, as described in Section 6.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 18.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with a payment provider in bad faith after receiving services or winnings from 296bet.

All content on the 296bet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and databases — is the exclusive property of 296bet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without express written permission from 296bet.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform.
• Creating derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Using any 296bet trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner not expressly authorised in writing.

Any unauthorised use of 296bet intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to legal action.

296bet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 296bet may include your name, date of birth, contact information, payment details, and betting activity. This data is used for account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement purposes.

296bet does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and third-party infrastructure failures may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the Platform.

Gambling Disclaimer. Gambling involves financial risk. 296bet does not guarantee any return on funds wagered. Players accept full responsibility for all betting decisions made through their Account. Past performance of any betting market or game is not indicative of future results.

296bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 296bet will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where changes are required immediately by law or to protect platform security.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
